We cater to companies and individuals providing services to other businesses, with a specialization in real estate, hospitality, management consulting, and professional training.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services or using our Site, you agree to these Terms. BizGrow Consulting reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site and our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a Client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services.
- Act in good faith and cooperate fully to enable us to deliver the agreed services.
- Pay all fees for services provided in a timely manner as per the agreed contract or invoice.
- Maintain confidentiality in relation to any proprietary information provided during the engagement.
4. Service Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be outlined in your individual agreement or proposal with BizGrow Consulting. Payment terms, including any deposits, milestones, or final payments, will be clearly stated in each engagement agreement.
Failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, documents, and deliverables provided as part of our services remain the intellectual property of BizGrow Consulting unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any deliverables without our express written permission.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the course of the engagement. Neither party shall disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
BizGrow Consulting will strive to provide the highest level of professional service. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results, as these are dependent on various factors, including Client cooperation and external market conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizGrow Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services, including loss of revenue or profits, business interruptions, or loss of data.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. BizGrow Consulting reserves the right to terminate services if the Client fails to comply with these Terms or engages in unethical or unlawful behavior.
Upon termination, all outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date must be paid immediately. Any remaining deliverables will be provided upon settlement of all outstanding payments.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
10. Force Majeure
BizGrow Consulting shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or interruptions in telecommunications or internet services.
